6/28 Downstairs computer cleaning
Claimant’s statement
The three downstairs computer systems required urgent cleaning to preserve their data and hardware. The work preserved systems with a combined hardware value exceeding $12,000. A specialist disassembled the cases to access and clean each electronic board, including all power-control circuit boards, and cleaned all connectors. The work also included replacement of all fans and the power supplies, which could not be economically cleaned.
