Claimant’s statement

My 150-gallon aquarium system could not be moved to the rental because it exceeded the tank size the landlord permits in their rentals. The aquarium would need to be relocated for the hardwood floors to be refinished because it cannot remain in the house during that work due to the dust. The move was accelerated after the HVAC could no longer keep the house cool enough, the aquarium water temperature rose, and animals died. The claimed expense includes fees to move the aquarium out and move it back.
